The Story of MTSG
MTSG wasn’t born in a boardroom, it was born on site. After years of working across the residential and commercial sectors, our Directors saw a recurring gap in the industry. Clients were often forced to choose between large, impersonal firms that lacked flexibility, or “one man bands” that lacked the technical infrastructure for complex projects.
MTSG was founded to be the middle ground: High level technical expertise delivered with a personal, hands-on touch.
Bridging the Gap
We started with a simple toolkit and a clear goal: to provide electrical services where the quality of the “hidden work” (the wiring behind the walls) was just as neat as the finishes on the surface. We knew that in this industry, your reputation is only as good as your last job.

Why “MTSG”?
MTSG stands for the Montano Technical Solutions Group. For us, “Montano” isn’t just a brand, it’s a family name. When we founded this company, we chose to put our name on the door because we wanted to be personally accountable for every project we undertake.
